TSA

ASE supports the Customer Service Branch (CSB) to implement and operationalize TSA’s enterprise-wide Customer Experience (CX) strategy. ASE designed and is supporting the implementation of a multi-year strategy to transform TSA customer experience nation-wide for 750 M passengers and employee experience for 65K members of the screening workforce.

Department of State (DOS)

ASE is working with DOS to create and participate in an Information Technology Program Management Office (IT PMO) to implement emerging technology solutions.
